Order Modification
You must submit your Order Change Request (modification)
within 48 Hours of placing your order.
Accepted Changes (modifications)
We accept changes to an order and/or item. Accepted changes include:
Item Size(s), Item Qty(s), Item Design(s), Item Colorway(s), Shipping Information.
Order Assurance

Time to submit requests

Submit Order Change Requests within 48 Hours of placing your order.
This ensures the best opportunity for your request to me fulfilled.
Once your order becomes "Confirmed", we will not be able to accept any order change requests.

Step 2 | Review
Our team will review your request prior to your order being confirmed (may cause a delay in delivery).
Step 3 | Update
You will receive an email with an update on your request (requests are met depending on supply available).

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item in your order, we will offer you the choice
of exchanging the item(s), if inventory allows, or a refund.
Returns/Exchanges
You must submit your Return/Exchange request
within 48 Hours of placing your order. Postage costs are covered by OB Hawaii.
Incorrect/Damaged Items
We review and accept responsibility for any incorrect or damaged items in an order,
that is deemed to be a mistake on our end. If we cannot replace an item, we will offer
a full refund.
